Runners, walkers, donors and volunteer/donors:

on the link below to download a pdf version of the Registration Form. Print it out, fill in the requested information
and sign the form. Next, add the registration fee or donation amount and drop it off or send it to the Moravian
Church of Downey at 10337 Old River School Road in Downey, CA 90241-2057. Remember, you must fill out a form if you want a
tax receipt.

register up to the day of the 5k event. However, please note that t-shirt sizes and quantities are now limited.
